Hi All,

 

I'm busy creating a workflow rule to notify a "lead Owner" when a check box = "True" that he/she has a new lead loaded against their name.

 

So you go through the process of creating the workflow rule, and then you are like OMG - I have not created a e-mail alert, at this stage you realize you will probably need to recreate your workflow rule once you have finished creating your e-mail alert. (so you go ahead and do that)

 

But when you then try to create a workflow rule associated to the lead module - the dropdown list for the e-mail alerts, does not drop down, in fact - it shows nothing. This is not a browser thing, I have all the latest updates - and I even tried switching on compatibility mode to see if it makes changes. But no - that dropdown actually contains zero, zilch, nada, nothing.

 

Help me, my job obviously depends on this drop down. :-)
