Due to some issues with zoho/wordpress communication, I had to start over the process of email creation. I removed my alias (
contato@lorenaleandro.trd.br) in order to create another one under the same name, but now I get an error message saying the alias already exists. Apparently, it has been removed from my account but not from Zoho database. Is it possible for you to remove it definitely so I can finish the process?
