E-mail aliases

I just signed up for a free account that allows me to have up to 25 users. I read elsewhere in the forums that 30 e-mail aliases are allowed.

Is that 30 aliases per user, or 30 aliases shared amongst all users (ie. user1 has 5, user2 has 10, user3 has 15 and user4 gets none)?
