e-mail blocked due to bounce count

hi, there, i have a total of 1,391 opt-in e-mail newsletter subsribers that i want to communicate with. it has been a very long time since i sent out any e-mail news to my subscribers. i sent out a few e-mails today, but then my outgoing mail got blocked due to exceeding the bounce number (email.list[at]splashgearusa[dot]com). yes, it's true i will need to clean up my list and remove invalid e-mail addresses, but i still have over 1,100 subscribers that i need to send out my current newsletter.
 
how am i am able to send out newsletters to 1,391 opt-in subscribers using zoho mail? can you please unblock the outgoing e-mail account (email.list[at]splashgearusa[dot]com) so that i can send the other 23 e-mail messages that i need to send out to cover the total number of opt-in subscribers on my list?
