E-mail Campaign setup and tracking

I am trying to figure out how to set up an e-mail campaign that will allow me to track, auto respond when a lead has clicked in and notify me that some one has clicked onto my e-mail.

ZOHO says it's easy, but so far I have spent 5 hours trying to figure this out.

Any experts out there?
