E mail editing records
Is there a way of enabling my users to edit the information they've sent in earlier by email?`
Say they send in a form containing among other things a company name which in my database will be unique, can I in some way let them use that to alter the rest of the record on the company through email on a later point using that company name?
If not is there an easy way to merge the information of two records into one record?
