E-mail forwarding form ZOHO account to ZOHO account

A colleague of mine has auto-forwarded e-mails form his ZOHO account to my ZOHO account (using the filter). When I log into my account using his office laptop the e-mails indeed show as forwarded to my e-mail, but when I log using my PC they do not appear at all. Please help me, this is urgent, we use these ZOHO accounts for work purposes.
