Dear Zoho Support,
I'm trying to contact few of our business partners through email. However, I keep getting blocked for unusual activity.
Based on https://www.zoho.com/crm/help/zoho-mail/send-and-receive-emails.html , I had subscribed to your paid service. As we have 2 users, I supposed that we would be able to send up to 600 emails per day.
However, by no means we intend to send 600 emails per day. We just need to send something around 400 emails in one day. And no more.
Could you please help me with that matter?
