E-mail Outage Zoho NOT responding to Emergency Tickets

Zoho e-mail service has been very patchy throughout this week ( 2 June 2014 to 5 June 2014). This has been a problem despite the claim that the service has been fixed last week.

We are having incoming and outgoing server outages across all our accounts.

However, to make matters worse we have submitted an Emergency ticket and 24 hours later we have had no answer and no solution.

As a paying customer of Zoho Mail and other Zoho products we find this behaviour to be contemptible.

Please address the matter with urgency as you are causing serious damage to our ability to do business.

I do not want a platitude in this post from Zoho. I want Zoho to address my emergency ticket with regard to the e-mail outages.
