E-mail problem within "Potential"

E-mail problem within "Potential"

When I am in the potential module I can send e-mails and they appear in the "Contact" and the "CRM e-mail", but no e-mail logs show up in the "Potential".  How can this be fixed???

Also, I can not get "Mail Magnet" to work.  I configured the "Mail" add-on but when I click on the "Mail Magnet" icon, it says there are "no messages found"  How can this be fixed???
