Hello, 

I spent 3 hours making an e-mail template. When I went to save it, I started to write in a file name and it disappeared. Now I can't find it. I hadn't saved it up until then. I clicked on return and ended up on the saved list of templates. 

It's seems strange without the progress we've made in IT that I would have lost it. Does it get backed up any more ?
