E-mails need to update Modified by time

E-mails sent from the Contact record, Autoresponders, Workflow emails, and Mass e-mails *ALL* need to update the Modified By timestamp on a Contact record.

If we are to keep track of how often someone is "touched", or create a view based on how "old" a contact is (or how long they have been "missed"), this is critical.

Many sales teams primary goal is to just keep in touch with a contact/prospect/lead. To that end, they schedule tasks and emails based on the last date that person was "touched".

p.s. this is not something to "consider" for future development, I assumed this was already in the system, since it's a core feature.
