E-mails sent via Zoho, getting rejected "Relay access denied"

Hi guys,

We ahve ao e-mail accounts hosted at Zoho, but for some e-mails that we send, we keep getting the error, "

ERROR_CODE :554, ERROR_CODE :5.7.1 < Contact email>: Relay access denied"

I've ommited the e-mail above, because it's a company client.

Can someone from Zoho team help us with this issue?
