Provision to Place Signature
When you have multiple people signing the copy, it may be necessary to have the placeholders for the signature in exactly the desired positions in the document. At time, there might be need for one signature to be made at multiple places. While earlier, it was not possible to manually manage the place for adding the signature, now you can place your signature anywhere in the document.
Self Signing Option
Tired of printing out a document and scanning it back just to put your signature on it? You can now do it online! Use the option 'I need to sign' and get your signature on the document before sending it out to others. You can also control the process in which the signatures are done whether recipients sign first, or they sign after you have signed the document.
Configure Signing Order
You can even designate a signing order for your document and have it transferred from one person to another in a particular order. Once you enable the Signer Order, the document will be delivered and signed in the designated order. A recipient will receive the document for signing only when document has been signed by all preceding recipients in the list.
Create Dynamic EchoSign Forms
In addition to signature, now you can also add check boxes and text fields to your document to collect data from your signers while signing. It supports dynamic forms allowing you to set locations where signers need to sign or initial as well capture the data during the signing or approval process.
Personalize Your Messages
You can even personalize your documents by adding a custom message in addition to subject, which will be added to the invite email sent to the signer.

Once a user authenticates Echosign by entering the username and password, Zoho Writer ensures that the user is remembered across browser and services.
