When looking at a contact and want to log a call, there are a few options. Most open up a badly formatted small box which is difficult to type into and complete.
I prefer using this full screen method here...
However, this means you need to search again for the contact to which the call relates. Anyone know how to link to the above page with the contact detail already complete?
