Easyship treatment of one sales order with multi packages
Hi all,
Just wondering how Easyship treats the following scenario:
I have a customer who orders 10 items on one sales order, which will be packed into 2 packages and sent all at the same time to the same address.
When I sync my orders across to Easyship the 2 packages show as 2 seperate shipments.
I assume I merge the 2 shipments in Easyship so I can send everything on the same shipment.
After booking the shipment, when it syncs back to Zoho Inventory, does Zoho Inventory still know it's for those 2 packages? Or will it not recognize them because I merged them in Easyship?
If someone could let me know I'd be grateful.
