How can I get access to my existing account SETTINGS to change the setting to DELETE FROM SERVER as soon as the mail is checked as POP 3 from any source

.... such as Webmail, Outlook, Outlook Express, Windows Vista mail, K-9 mail on my smartphone etc.

Want the mail to delete from the server from the first time any source gets to download/check mail.

 

Hopefullly I do not have to delete my existing account and start over to set it up that way.
