Edit color of offline response message box in Live Chats

Edit color of offline response message box in Live Chats

I am wondering if it is possible to change the message box color in the "offline response" and other messages for Live Chats. 

The current grey box does not make it obvious that there is a message displayed and looks like a previous message (see attached)

Any help appreciated.
