I have added multiple users on my data base. My problem is that the way I set it up requires that my users are allowed to go back into each record and record information. This is considered editing in this app and only I am allowed to do this. How can I allow them to "edit" records?

 

This is for a probation company and we see clients every month. We need to document each and every time that we speak to our clients. I do not want to be the only one that can do the data entry. The only solution that I have is for them to use my login information, but I really don't like that idea.
