Edit or Delete scheduled emails
Is there a way to edit or delete emails scheduled via a workflow?
If a customer makes an order, or phones me, it's hugely unprofessional to have a series of (now irrelevant) emails continue to be sent to them.
Zoho support tell me it's not possible. (though I've been told that converting a lead will stop any scheduled emails from that lead - but again, I can see situations where SOME of those scheduled emails might need to be sent, even if the lead is converted).
I don't understand how this isn't vital to have 100% control over communication with customers.
Any thoughts?
