Edit Payments

Hi,

It would be *very* helpful to be able to edit a payment once posted, in case an incorrect entry is made. I posted some foreign currency payments with the incorrect exchange rate and now I don't seem to be able to change the payment in the system to get the exchange rate correct, so my base currency summary is now wrong.

If you can implement this it would be much appreciated!
