Edit text areas with HTML tags

Hello ZohoCRM team,

I'm getting upset by the management of text areas containing HTML.
We sell expensive products and since short ZohoCRM offer no more possibilities to format my product description then 30 years ago, at the time of the black background, the green characters and the ASCII table.

Of course, I found some tricky work around but need to rely on trick to use a software isn't professional and is risky: should ZohoCRM for some obscure reasons harmonize the interpretation of the HTML at the 0 level, then it will be over with the tricks.

ZohoCRM emphasizes security policy to explain that HTML editor isn't wanted in the CRM. From my end I considere this as an excuse: if this part of text is larger then the preceding, it's only because, on that forum the HTML editor is included/activated. So our account information, including credit card information isn't serious enough to cut off the HTML editor ?

Expect prompt actions, so that all text areas in ZohoCRM shall be editable with HTML tags and displayed as is, with an harmonization of the treatment of the HTML coded text areas (editing, displaying, printing) at highest level,
