Edit Views' choice of Columns for setting up Search - replace chaos by alphabetical sort, please
When tailoring a View to search by and to display search results, Zoho CRM's drop-down selection menu is arranged chaotically. There seems to be no logical order, so it is very hard to find items, i.e., column headings.
Why not have the View list of 'available columns' arranged alphabetically?
That would make sense.
To use 'search', you need to use these 'Views'.
I use search a lot. I would like it to be quick and convenient. This should be a 7-second, zip, zap, tailor the search view, select the columns you want, enter the search term. Then click 'Save' and search.
Instead, one has to rummage around a long list of items randomly arranged.
I am amazed that it isn't made easier, by alphabetizing the items.
This is a little unprofessional in usability terms
