We are sending Request for Quote to our logistic partners on a regular basis (one, twice a week), to get quotes for several destinations. We would create a template in the CRM Settings for that, then do a mass mailing to our vendor contacts.
However, sending a mass email in CRM doesn't allow any edition. As changes between 2 email are just a little (basically date and destination), this is inconvenient.
There are 2 problem there:
- our sales team, marketing team and logistics team are too often in the settings panel, just for templating. From an administrative point of view, they should be here, only rarely.
- Because templates can't be edited before sending, they aren't template, and we are getting quite a noticeable amount of templates...
How can we optimize this workflow ? Ideally, we should have the same process than sending to 1 person (select template, then edit, then send).
