ie inside of Tasks, the DD menu show priorities as High, Highest, Normal, Low, Lowest.  I'd like to omit Highest and Lowest.

Also, under calls and the "related to" drop town menu, I'd like to limit it to Account, Case and Product.

Can I do this?
