I started customizing Zoho CRM for the Overseas educational consultancy business.

But I got stuck in the middle and I thought that this is the right media to raise my question.

I created two customer modules - University and Documents. I linked both the modules and created another linking module. With these three modules, I was able to assign the required documents to submit a University Application for each University.

Each deal is a University Application for us. If I select a University in each deal, then all the documents that got assigned to that University should be listed in the Deals. Against each document, I should maintain the status - Received, Pending.

Also, I must be able to generate a report of the pending documents for each student for each University he is applying to.

Please let me know how can I proceed.
