Los nuevos productos de Zoho Workplace
Zoho Trident es una nueva experiencia de colaboración, productividad y comunicación que reúne:
- Correo electrónico,
- Mensajería instantánea
- Llamadas de audio/vídeo
- Calendario
- Tareas
- y mucho más en un solo lugar.
También es la primera aplicación de escritorio nativa de Zoho para correo electrónico y chat. Trident se aleja de las experiencias de productos individuales para acercarse a una plataforma unificada.
Zoho Webinar, dentro de la aplicación Zoho Meeting, permite a las empresas transmitir a miles de asistentes e interactuar con ellos mediante encuestas y preguntas y respuestas. Realiza una presentación mediante el uso compartido de archivos virtuales sin compartir la pantalla (reduciendo el consumo de ancho de banda), carga los documentos de la sesión antes del seminario web y compártalos fácilmente con los participantes durante la sesión.
También lanzamos una nueva herramienta de gramática basada en IA, BluePencil. Deja que este asistente te sugiera opciones de escritura y te ofrezca un editor de texto que puedas utilizar en cualquier página web de terceros.
Otras novedades dentro de Zoho Workplace
La función de arrastrar y soltar permite a los usuarios ahorrar tiempo cuando utilizan varios productos de trabajo. Por ejemplo, puedes arrastrar un archivo adjunto a un correo electrónico y soltarlo en el chat para enviarlo directamente.
La funcionalidad TrueSync está ahora integrada en Zoho Workdrive, por lo que las limitaciones de almacenamiento en el disco duro ya no son un problema. TrueSync refleja todos los documentos de WorkDrive en el escritorio para que puedas alternar sin problemas entre la nube y tu ordenador. Puedes acceder a los archivos localmente y hacer cambios sin utilizar espacio del disco duro.

Hello, We are facing issues while matching vendor payments with banking feeds. As we often import products/services exchange rate comes into play. If you are not the owner of a scheduled report, Zoho recently removed the capability to see each scheduled report. As an admin who relies on seeing all scheduled reports being sent, this is a terrible update. Now I cannot see ANY scheduled reports...even the ones I am being sent!! Is there a work around for merging items? We currently have three names for one item, all have had a transaction associated so there is no deleting (just deactivating, which doesn't really help. It still appears so people are continuing to use it).
