Dear Zoho team,
My wife and I love your product and your service. We recommend you to all our friends, and hope that your business continues to thrive!
A small question....
A few days ago I clicked on the "Send Mail As" option and set up two external email addresses to be sent from my Zoho account. I chose to send the mail using "Zoho SMTP", which -- after receiving the verification emails -- worked perfectly.
But then I read about the fact that, because those messages are sent through Zoho's SMTP, they contain the "sender:" header which Outlook will render as "sent on behalf of....". Blech.
So I went back to the "Send Mail As" setting and reconfigured those two addresses, to send through Custom SMTP instead of Zoho's SMTP.
That works perfectly (i.e., no more "sender:" headers) -- but only if I send the messages from within Zoho's online web composer. If I send the messages from my external mail client (Mac Mail), then it still includes the "sender:" headers.
Is there any way to avoid this?
