Email

I slightly glanced over a video you have that showed that we as consumers are able to see when a recipient of an email opens it but I can't seem to find that video on your tutorials. Is that possible and if so, how can I set that up? I have sent a test email to another email of mine on my basic account but do I can't see any indicator of whether it was open or not. Does that feature only come on paid services.?
