Hi CRM
I have sent an email form the web based version to one of my leads to track all info sent through CRM, then I checked the leads record to view the sent email. When it open to show me the email the width of the frame that displays the email is 3 times longer than the width of the screen and wrap around text is not set on (my screen is set at 1280x1024) res, plus I cannot resize the child email window/frame in CRM to fit in the screen area. Can you help.
