FYI I registered again since I am resigned to the possibility that you will be unable to retrieve my original user id and password. Curiously once I registered again under a new email address I never received confirmation via email that I had registered at all? Can you enlighten me as to what is wrong? Am I doing anything wrong?

I am hesitating to start entering data until this issue is resolved.
