Hi We have just recently migrated to zoho CRM from another CRM system. One useful function to us from the previous CRM system is to be able to see if the email sent individually for a single lead have been opened and if it is, how many times it has been opened.
At the moment I'm not perfectly educated about zoho CRM functions but I know it is present in zoho campaigns. We only need to see how many times the email has been opened by the receiver if it was received and would be great to see it in the lead details. I am not sure if it's already an existing function if it is, please let me know and if not please also let me know how to make it possible.
