Email Account Blocked

Hi, 

I am using Zoho Email since last 1.5 Years. For the first time i am facing a serious issue. 
For no reason my email account info@texvyn.in was blocked since yesterday & this is seriously hampering my business as this is the primary account from where we communicate with our clients. Please solve this issue on priority.

Secondly i have created new mail id admin@texvyn.in but its not getting configured & showing some ip error. Please do the needful.
