Hi everyone,
I signed up a ZOHO account yesterday as the administrator of the group yesterday but after a few hours the account is disabled and I cannot log into my email anymore. The account is bind to my phone so I cannot register for a new one either. The only reason to get banned I can think about is the proxy I used to visit this site since it is blocked in some other site (I definitely did nothing harmful, it must be the IP itself been blacklisted). I contact email support but no reply yet. Can someone help my account status and maybe reactivate it please?
