Hi,
We have several users with access to the POP3 account - so we have the following;
1. Project Team have setup in their Zoho Mail addon -
pm@domain.net as their default email.
2. Business Admin have setup in their Zoho Mail addon -
admin@domain.net as their default email and pm@domain,net as an alternative to monitor if needed.
pm@domain.net is collected by both accounts and is duplicated within Zoho under the contact if the relevant user is selected.
If we delete the
pm@domain.net from Business Admin in the zoho add on it tells us that all the emails will be deleted.
