Currently, in Zoho CRM there is no such option to create an Email action-based automation. For example, through the workflow function, we can auto-send pre-defined email templates to leads, contacts, and deals but what about if we want to take the automation to the next level? Email action-based automation

Like I want to send a follow-up email to our leads on the basis of how they are interacting with the emails we are sending. For example, if a user has clicked on the specific element or button of the incoming email sent through workflow then the system will auto-send another email to the user based on his interaction. This is something that is currently missing in the Zoho CRM

This is something that I need Zoho CRM to develop and roll out to take their automation to the next level
