"email address already exists" error

"email address already exists" error

Hi,

I wanted to add hello@duncandix.com to a different zoho account (duncan@thend.tv) as an add on domain.

I deleted the account to then add it to my other domain.

Unfortunately I get a "email address already exists" error and now cannot add it to my other account or access my old email address.

Any help would be greatly appreciated
