"Email address already exists" when adding Group ?

"Email address already exists" when adding Group ?


I'm setting up Zoho Mail for our company, (so Zoho will hande mail @4roadservice.com). I started setting it up with my Zoho account, then realized I should probably set it up with the same account as owns our Zoho CRM organization,so I deleted the Zoho Mail org that I had set up with my account, then logged in as my partner, created an organization, validated the domain, and started setting things up. However, when I got to adding Groups in the mail setup it won't let me add them. I'm getting an "this E-mail address already exists" error. I'm assuming that's because I had created the groups under my account, and for some reason they're not deleted now.

My account is now an admin on the new, correct Zoho Mail organization.

Can someone at Zoho remove any groups with E-mail addresses @4roadservice.com ? There should be four of them.
