We have been using an email address for our access and each email address is attached to each our potentials/leads, where in once we receive an email from any of them we see it under the potentials/leads/contact information.
Now we need to change the email address, will the old emails be saved? We
worry that if we change it to something else we will loose all the old information that is in ZOHO.
