Hi,
I am new to all this as sorting out a few errors within my new companies CRM.
I have come across something within our CRM and am struggling to fix it.
The Email Address field is in the layout customisation tab, however when creating a new client/ contact as well as in some clients/ contacts the email address field is not there...
We do require this field on every new client entry as well as existing clients.
Please help!
