Email Address not being pulled into ZOHO mail from CRM
Dear ZOHO Team,
While sending emails today, I was shocked to know that I in the "TO/CC/BCC" fields, when I am entering the name of my clients/vendors (whose details are Already in the CRM), the same are not being fetched into the "TO/CC/BCC" fields after typing their name.
It very annoying, and affecting our productivity...!!!
Kindly resolve the same at an earliest...
Its only taking from Zoho mail contacts and not CRM...!!!
