Email address not coming automatically when emailing an invoice for an Account

Email address not coming automatically when emailing an invoice for an Account

I am a B2C company and to invoice my clients I have to create them as Accounts,
When I want to mail them an invoice the email address does not come automatically into the  email compose screen
Please help
