I've created a custom module - I've created a record in that module, and there is an option to send an email from the individual record I created, when I click on "Send Email" button, I get an error message that says "Email Address Not Found", We are unable to send email as the Project Management does not have either an email address or a secondary email address.

I don't understand why it's advising this, where is it looking for an email address to use as the recipient email.
