Email Address question

I went in to set up my email so people can email me but it looks like it is to our website. (instead of teamaru@zoho.com it would read teamaru@aruproductions.com) I know it said it can take up to 48 hours to verify, but it has been 5 days. I have not received a verification email from GoDaddy or anyone about this and I know I have done all the steps with zoho, any thoughts?
