Email address so email would be logged automatically in CRM

Is there an Email address for my account in the CRM that I could manually forward emails to for auto assignment with contacts? I'd like to send an email to a contact and bcc to some address at Zoho (like abcdefgh @zohocrm.com) so email wo uld go to the contact and also appear in the contact's CRM record.
