Email Adress Already exists

Hi,

I am trying to add a user to my company account and it says that the user already exist. The email id that we are trying to add is nitasha.malhotra@realitypremedia.com. We tried deleting the exsiting account of Nitasha but still couldn't add this email id.

Please suggest.
