Email already exist but I can't fin it.

Hello,

I created a user under my account Verydrone in zoho and ssociated the wrong mail account w/ the user.  So, I deleted the user thinking it would free up the previously created mail account and then tried to create the mail account with correct user, but Zoho now tells me the email already exists.
The email I created was info@verydrone.com 
How can this be corrected ? 

I have this same issue with contact@verydrone.com that I can't use. It is added as a secondary email to my accout bardybenjamin@gmail.com under zoho business but when I want to delete it it says I need to contact the organization administrator to delete it.
