while doing the email linking, I noticed I largely exceeded the email limit when I put the Gmail emails imported. i wouldnt mind deleated the archives from Zoho (they would need to stay on GMAIL as well) but I do would like to keep the emails that I had with my clients in zoho, to keep track.

is that possible  in anyway to delete everything except the email exchanges with registered clients ?
