Using IE 8, though the same problem ocurrs with Chrome.

Windows 7  2GB RAM 2+ghz processor.  Thinkpad

Attachments affected: .pdf, .doc, .xls (other types of attachments not tested)

Click on the "Download" link at the bottom of the message.

Opens a pop-up estimating time to download.

A few seconds later there is a critical stop.

Pop-up changes to:  

"Unable to download.... name of file from mail.zoho.com

Unable to open this internet site.

The requested site is either unavailable or cannot be found.

Please try again later"

 

Any suggestions as to how to resolve this issue?
