Email Attachments Using Up CRM Storage
Hi there,
We use email templates to send emails to our clients at various points in the relationship but we attach custom PDFs to each email. I believe those attachments are chewing up our CRM account storage and we've now hit our limit. I don't necessarily want to keep those documents (we keep them outside of Zoho in Google Docs) but I can't figure out how to go and mass delete some of those attachments to reduce our storage usage back down. I'd still like to keep the body of the email recorded as having been sent to that contact so I don't want to delete the whole email.
I've poked around but can't seem to figure out where I can isolate deleting just the attachments to reduce storage usage.
